...I found him, alone in the woods outside of the town of Yanhui, where he was being attacked by wolves. I was able to rescue him before he was harmed, and return him to his family. Since I lived nearby, he formed quite the attachment to me, and I helped teach him, along with my older brother.
His parents passed on a few years later, and I took full guardianship of him immediately after.
